Hey backstrokers here’s a good nugget for you. Your elbow can be a problem in backstroke if your stroke hugs too close to your head. A lot of swimmers will hug really close to their head with their stroke. They almost bump their head a little bit with their arm. Which cause their arm to bend a little bit at the elbow. Bad News! If you’re too close your going to bump your head which is going to cause your elbow to bend which can really throw off your stroke. Dunker, good job today on the fact man.that was cool. Did you put.
